Cesar Lopez, Senior Managing Partner.

Cesar Lopez joined SkyAI in 2023 and serves as Senior Managing Partner – Compliance & Capital Markets.

Prior to joining SkyAI, Mr. Lopez was Senior Compliance Counsel at Homebound Technologies. Prior to that Mr. Lopez was, from 2012 to 2022, Chief Compliance Officer at Reservoir Capital Group (a NY private equity fund registered with the SEC). Prior to that (from 2007 to 2012) Mr. Lopez was a Senior VP Legal & Compliance at Latin American Capital Management, LLC (a Reservoir portfolio company). From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Lopez was Deputy General Counsel of Maple Trade Finance Corp. Prior to that Mr. Lopez was an international associate at Cleary, Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton (a Wall Street law firm). Mr. Lopez received a J.D. from Universidad La Salle (Mexico City) and has post-graduate studies in Civil Law, Corporate Law, International Financial Law and Commercial Law from Universidad Panamericana and ITAM in Mexico City.
